Expressionist Drawing of Einstein

from $25.00

This is a digitally rendered print of a graphite drawing I did of Einstein back in 2011. This sketch holds a special place in my heart as an artist since it was the first drawing —  or of any kind of art — I had done in 18 years. I was also quite happy that with this drawing in that I had managed to break away a bit from my earlier tendency towards a literal rendering of my subjects. It is an early example of the expressionistic style that has characterized so much of my artwork over the last decade.
